Kile (unit)

The kile was a measure of grain in Wallachia , Rumelia and the Austrian Kingdom of Slavonia . Here the kile was also referred to as Kila and Kiloz . This measure should not be confused with Kiloz / Kisloz / Kilo , / Quillot, the Turkish (about 30 to 171  liters ) and Greek (about 33 liters royal) grain measure , which had different volumes.

  • 2 Kila = 7 Pressburger Metzen
