Kilifarevo Island (English; Bulgarian остров Килифарево ostrow Kilifarewo ) is a 640 m long and 350 m wide island in the archipelago of the South Shetland Islands . In the group of Aitcho Islands in the English Strait , it is 0.85 km northwest of Jorge Island , 0.46 km north of the Riksa Islands and 0.35 km southeast of Morris Rock .
Bulgarian scientists mapped it in 2009. The Bulgarian Commission for Antarctic Geographical Names named it in the same year after the city of Kilifarewo in northern Bulgaria .
