The Aitcho Islands are a group of small islands in the archipelago of the South Shetland Islands . They are located between Table Island and Dee Island in the northern entrance to English Strait .
They were mapped and named in 1935 by participants in the British Discovery Investigations . It is named after the United Kingdom Hydrographic Office ( Aitcho = English H.O. = Hydrographic Office ).
