Kill Memory Crash is an American band from Chicago , Illinois . It is assigned to the music genres Alternative Rock , Electropop , Dark Ambient , Rhythm 'n' Noise .

history

The band has existed since 1998 and was formed by Adam Sieczka, Alex SanFaçon and Gabriel Palomo after they were frequent guests at illegal warehouse parties in Detroit in the mid-1990s .

In 2002, the record label Ghostly International signed the band and they released their debut album When The Blood Turns Black that same year . After various remixes and a contribution to the record label's own compilation Idol Tryouts , the group released their second album in 2005, entitled Crash V8 . In March of the same year, American Automatic , the band's first full-length album, was released. This received a rating of 4.5 out of 5 stars at Allmusic .

After the release of the two albums, the group made a contribution to the second part of the compilation in 2006, which is titled Idol Tryouts 2 . In 2008 the fourth album Of Fire was released.
