Kilmory Castle , also Kilmorie Castle or Crowner's Castle , is the ruin of a low castle from the 15th century on the Meikle Kilmory farm on the Isle of Bute in Scotland , now part of the administrative unit Argyll and Bute .

The ruins consist of three sides of a former tower with a base area of ​​4.8 meters by 3.8 meters. The dry stone walls are up to 1 meter thick and are still 2 meters high today. On the west corner there is a round extension with a diameter of 1.5 meters and walls 0.6 meters thick, which are also 2 meters high. The interior of the building is filled with rubble of unknown origin. There are two loopholes in the remains of the round tower .

The castle was already in ruins in the 18th century. Kilmory Castle is a Scheduled Monument .
