Kim Ki-nam is a South Korean diplomat.

In April 2014 he was appointed Ambassador of South Korea to East Timor , succeeding Seo Kyeong-seok (2010-2013). Before that, Kim was Chief of Combat Readiness Inspection on the General Staff. Kim's successor in East Timor, Lee Chin-bum, handed over his accreditation on January 19, 2018.
