Lee Chin-bum is a South Korean diplomat.

On January 19, 2018, Lee presented his accreditation as South Korean Ambassador to East Timor to President Francisco Guterres . Lee succeeds Kim Ki-nam , who was ambassador to Dili from 2014 to 2018 .
