Kim Sung-kyun (born May 25, 1980 in Daegu , South Korea ) is a South Korean actor .

Life

Kim started his acting career and made his debut in 2008 in Room Number 13 . After successfully shaping his career and playing in other plays, he made his film debut in 2012 in Nameless Gangster alongside Ha Jung-woo and Choi Min-sik . He had his next big role in Iut Saram ( 이웃 사람 , 2012) as a serial killer. For both films he received numerous awards in the Best New Actor category . From then on he received many role offers and expanded his portfolio to include television series. He had his first leading role in the film We Are Brothers ( 우리 는 형제 입니다 , 2014) directed by Jang Jin .
