Kimber Riddle

Kimber Riddle (* in Lakewood , California ) is an American film, television and theater actress . She was best known for her roles in the television film The Langoliers and the cinema production Death in front of the camera in the 1990s .

life and career

Kimber Riddle was born in Lakewood, California. Kimber grew up in the greater southern California area as the father was often on the road for work and the family was forced to move frequently. After graduating from school, she completed the Graduate Acting Program with an MFA (Master of Fine Arts) at New York University and then played in numerous theater productions, including the play Piano at Harvard University , and character roles in the plays Common Infractions and Gross Injustices at the American Repertory Theater . In 2004 she was seen in The Good Soup performed by (TACT) The Actors Company Theater , which presents scripts in unique concert productions. In addition, Kimber Riddle himself has directed several theater projects at St. Paul's School in Concord , New Hampshire . She made her MRT debut in 2009 as Beth in Bob Clyman's play Tranced .

In the 1990s and 2000s she was also seen in various roles in productions for film and television. In 1995 she played the role of rebellious teenager Bethany Simms in the television miniseries The Langoliers in Tom Holland's film adaptation of Stephen King 's novel Langoliers , and in 1997 she starred in Michael Lindsay-Hogg's drama Death in front of the camera alongside lead actor Vincent D ' Onofrio one of the leading female roles alongside Hope Davis . In 2005 she appeared in the cinema production Confess by director Stefan C. Schaefer in the cast Eugene Byrd, Ali Larter and Melissa Leo in a small supporting role.

In her role as an actress, Kimber Riddle has also traveled to Africa several times with the International Medical Corps , especially for aid missions in Uganda and for theater workshops in various languages. In addition to her theater and film roles, Kimber Riddle also works as an adjunct professor at the NYU Graduate Film Department .
