Tom Holland (director)
Tom Holland (born July 11, 1943 in Poughkeepsie , New York ) is an American director , screenwriter and actor .
Life
Tom Holland is friends with the writer Stephen King . The two worked together three times in the 1990s: In the film adaptations of King's books The Stand , Langoliers and The Curse .
In May 2005, Holland published the film version of his book Driven only on the Internet and sees itself as one of the pioneers of the new content revolution on the Internet.
In 1986 he received the Saturn Award in the Best Writing category for Fright Night .
He has been active as an actor since the 1960s. So he took on a role in Psycho II in 1983 . More recently, he appeared in the splatter film Hatchet II .
