history

The two former ski jumpers Bernhard Zauner (UVB Hinzenbach) and Ferdl Wallner (SC Bischofshofen) had the idea for the children's four-hill tournament . In autumn 1998 it was agreed in Bischofshofen that only children from 7 to 11 years of age are allowed to take part and that they should jump up to 30 meters on plastic covered hills. At the last event there will be an award ceremony for the overall tour winners of the individual classes. Crossed results and club evaluation are not provided. In the summer of 1999 the first Four Hills Tournament took place with the Austrian clubs UVB Hinzenbach and SC Bischofshofen and the German clubs WSV Reit im Winkl and SK Berchtesgaden.
