Kinga Grzyb (born January 12, 1982 in Starogard Gdański , born Kinga Polenz ) is a Polish handball player .

Career

The 1.68 m tall acting on the left wing position Grzyb played for MKS Sambor Tczew, EB Start Elbląg and MKS Piotrcovia Piotrków Trybunalski under contract. Then she ran again for Start Elbląg. She has been under contract with the Polish first division club MKS Zagłębie Lubin since summer 2015 .

Grzyb made her debut for the Polish national team in 2001 . With the Polish selection, she took part in the 2013 World Cup in Serbia . At the 2013 World Cup, she finished fourth, scoring 30 goals in nine games. After the European Championships in 2018 , she ended her international playing career. Grzyb played 256 internationals in which she scored 697 goals.

Private

Kinga Grzyb is married to the Polish soccer player Wojciech Grzyb . The couple have a daughter together.
