The Kin hut is a privately operated by a mountain guide, above Randa in the canton of Valais lying refuge in Switzerland .

It was built by mountain guides from Randa and Täsch and served as accommodation for hunters, hikers and mountaineers. Due to the change in the Kingletscher , the hut was rarely used by mountaineers from 1960 onwards. Between 1950 and 1963 the hut served as accommodation for the construction workers who built a water intake for the Grande Dixence reservoir on the Kingletscher .

The Kinhütte serves as a stage stop on the Europaweg or as a starting point for alpine tours to the cathedral , the Täschhorn or the Grabenhorn .
