Kirara Shiraishi ( Japanese 白石 黄良 々 Shiraishi Kirara , born May 31, 1996 , in Izumi , Kagoshima Prefecture ) is a Japanese athlete who specializes in sprinting .

Athletic career

Kirara Shiraishi gained his first international experience at the IAAF World Relays 2019 in Yokohama , where he finished fifth in the 4 x 200 meter relay in 1: 23.15 minutes. In the 200-meter run , he also qualified for the World Championships in Doha , where he was eliminated with 20.62 seconds in the lead . He also won the bronze medal behind the teams from the United States and the United Kingdom with the Japanese 4 x 100 meter relay in a new Asian record of 37.43 s.
