The men's 200-meter run at the 2019 World Athletics Championships took place on September 29, 30 and October 1, 2019 in Doha , Qatar .

52 athletes from 37 countries took part in the competition. Noah Lyles won the gold medal with 19.83 s, silver went to Andre De Grasse with 19.95 s and Álex Quiñónez secured the bronze medal with 19.98 s.
