The women's 3,000 meter obstacle course at the 2019 World Athletics Championships took place in Doha , Qatar on September 27th and 30th, 2019 .

43 athletes from 27 countries took part in the competition. Beatrice Chepkoech won the gold medal with a new championship record of 8: 57.84 minutes. Silver went to Emma Coburn with 9: 02.35 min and Gesa Felicitas Krause secured the bronze medal with a national record of 9: 03.30 min.
