The women's hammer throw at the 2019 World Athletics Championships took place on September 27 and 28, 2019 in Doha , Qatar .

30 athletes from 20 countries took part in the competition. DeAnna Price won the gold medal with 77.54 meters, silver went to Joanna Fiodorow with 76.35 meters and the bronze medal was won by Wang Zheng with 74.76 meters.
