The women's discus throw at the 2019 World Athletics Championships took place on October 2nd and 4th, 2019 in Doha , Qatar .

30 athletes from 20 countries took part in the competition. The gold medal went to Yaimé Pérez with 69.17 m, silver went to Denia Caballero with 68.44 m and the bronze medal went to Sandra Perković with 66.72 m.
