The women's 100-meter hurdles at the 2019 World Athletics Championships took place in Doha , Qatar on October 5 and 6, 2019 .

38 athletes from 25 countries took part in the competition. Nia Ali won the gold medal with 12.34 seconds, silver went to Kendra Harrison with 12.46 seconds and Danielle Williams secured the bronze medal with 12.47 minutes.
