The women's 400 meter hurdles at the 2019 World Athletics Championships took place on October 1st, 2nd and 4th, 2019 in Doha , Qatar .
39 athletes from 27 countries took part in the competition. The gold medal was won by Dalilah Muhammad with a new world record of 52.16 s. Silver went to Sydney McLaughlin with 52.23 s and the bronze medal went to Rushell Clayton with 53.74 s.
