The women's javelin throw at the 2019 World Athletics Championships took place in Doha , Qatar on September 30 and October 1, 2019 .

31 athletes from 21 countries took part in the competition. The gold medal was won by Kelsey-Lee Barber with 66.56 m, silver went to Liu Shiying with 65.88 m and the bronze medal went to Lü Huihui with 65.49 m.
