Feng Bin gained her first international experience at the 2011 World Youth Championships near Lille , where she finished fourth with 51.25 m. In 2015 she won the gold medal with 62.07 m at the World Military Games in Mungyeon, South Korea . The following year she qualified for the Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro , where she finished eighth in the final with 63.06 m, as well as at the World Championships in London the following year, where she 61.56 m in the final threw. In 2018 she took part in the Asian Games in Jakarta for the first time , where she won the silver medal with 64.25 m behind her compatriot Chen Yang and in front of the Indian Seema Antil . In 2019 she won the Asian Championships in Doha with a new championship record and personal best of 65.36 m. This gave her a bye for the World Championships there at the beginning of October, where she took fifth place with a width of 62.48 m in the final . Then she won again at the Military World Games in Wuhan with 64.83 m.
In 2015, 2018 and 2019, Feng became the Chinese champion in discus throwing. She graduated from Nanchang University with a degree in coaching .
