Drewelow Church

The Drewelow Church is a 15th century church building in the Drewelow district of the Spantekow community in Western Pomerania .

The small, tile-roofed building dates from the late Middle Ages and was built from boulders in the 15th century. The half-timbered west gable and the west roof tower with a curved dome, like the plaster of the building, date from the 18th century.

The furnishings include a pulpit altar with rococo ornaments and allegorical figures from the mid-18th century. The bell was cast by Michael Begun in Friedland (Mecklenburg) in 1729 .

The Protestant parish has been part of the Pasewalk provost in the Pomeranian Evangelical Church District of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in Northern Germany since 2012 . Before that she belonged to the Greifswald parish of the Pomeranian Evangelical Church .
