Church Neuendorf B

The Neuendorf B church is a church building in the Neuendorf B district of the Spantekow community . It belongs to the Evangelical Church Community Association of Krien and is the daughter church of Iven in the Pasewalk provost of the Pomeranian Evangelical Church District .

The core of the rectangular building made of field stone dates from the 15th century. During a restoration in 1868, radical changes made the building its present-day appearance. The church received a western tower with an upper floor made of brick and was expanded to include a choir with a polygonal apse and a north sacristy .

The carved altar of the church dates from the end of the 16th century. Bas-reliefs in the shrine and in the side wings depict scenes from the life of Jesus Christ . The pulpit was built in the 18th century. A stone relief with the Trinity is dated to the 17th century.
