Schwichtenberg Church

The Schwichtenberg Church is a church building in the Schwichtenberg district of the Borrentin municipality in the Mecklenburg Lake District . It belongs to the parish Hohenbollentin - Lindenberg in the Demmin provost of the Pomeranian Evangelical Church District .

The church dates from the first half of the 16th century. It was built on a rectangular floor plan from field and brick and has a polygonal east end. The roof tower on the west gable has a half-timbered substructure and is clad with boards.

The organ was built in the workshop of Barnim Grüneberg in Stettin in 1863 .

The bell is dated 1570 and was cast by Johannes de Borch.
