The kkStB 74 was a freight train - Train Locomotive of kkStB , originally from the Czech Northern Railway came (BNB).
The BNB procured these four-way coupled locomotives from 1903 to 1908. The six machines were supplied by the Wiener Neustädter Lokomotivfabrik . They had internal frames and external controls and, for their time, a strikingly modern appearance. The NBB classified them as Va with the numbers 151–156.
After nationalization in 1908, the kkStB referred to the locomotives as 74.01-06 .
After the First World War , the 74 series came to ČSD as the 414.1 , which it retired by 1965.
