Klara Leusch (* 1996 ) is a German athlete who specializes in sprints and relay races. Her greatest success so far is winning the title at the 2017 German Indoor Championships with the 4 x 200 meter relay .
career path
In 2014, Klara Leusch graduated from the Landrat-Lucas-Gymnasium in Opladen as part of her dual career .
Athletic career
Like many young athletes, Leusch competed in various disciplines until she focused on sprints and relay races.
In 2014, she took 7th place in the 4 x 200 meter relay at the German Indoor Youth Championships . A year later, Leusch just missed the finals.
In 2016 she came 8th in the adult class at the German Indoor Championships with the 200 meter relay.
In 2017, Leusch came up with three personal bests: over 200 meters in 25.90 s at the indoor sports festival in Dortmund, over 60 meters in 7.86 s at the NRW indoor championships and was in Leipzig with the relay over 4 x 200 meters in 1: 35.41 min German indoor champion .
