Klaus-Peter Schneegass , pseudonym Nero Nevini , (born October 14, 1962 in Bremen ) is a German composer and author .

biography

education and profession

Schneegass studied composition and piano at the Bremen University of the Arts with Luciano Ortis and composition at the Berlin University of the Arts as a master student of Friedrich Goldmann ; additional studies with Cristóbal Halffter at the Mozarteum in Salzburg .

Awards

First and second prizes in international composition competitions; numerous performances in Europe (including the Festival of Contemporary Music in Orléans / France, 14th World Saxophone Congress in Ljubljana / Slovenia) and in Japan ( Osaka and Kyoto ); various concert recordings as well as radio recordings and CD productions of his own works (including: Radio Bremen , ebs-records / Bayer Music Group, THEIN-Studios, Tonstudio Ölmühle ); Scholarship from the Cité Internationale des Arts in Paris and visiting professor at the Osaka University of Arts.

Most of the musical compositions are published by Lothringer Verlag , Dessau; Publication of various poems ( Noah hammers - Noah builds ) and poetry cycles (including travel guides through the end times ) with a gloomy, grotesque background as well as the book publication of tree felling work on the world ash ; in addition, cultural studies on the subject of futurism of the 21st century ( avant-garde today and netfuturism ) - interdisciplinary total work of art - music and poetry; as a "creative collagist" participation in multimedia exhibition projects (including in Rome with decomposing SurFuDaist number poems ).
