Klaus Anders

Klaus Anders (born May 2, 1952 in Wissen an der Sieg ) is a German poet and translator .

Anders grew up in Wissen in Rhineland-Palatinate and in Holzminden in Lower Saxony . After attending school, he learned gardening and then studied horticulture. For several years he worked as a gardener, textile dyer, toolmaker , medical-technical assistant and later headed a hospital laboratory in Frankfurt am Main. In 2003 his first volume of poetry was published. He lives in Frankfurt am Main .
