Klaus Bernhard Gablenz
Klaus Bernhard Gablenz (born December 7, 1967 in Karlsruhe ) is a German construction technician , business economist and specialist book author .
Life
Gablenz is a specialist book author, state-certified construction technician and certified technical business economist . He works as an expert in property valuation, valuation of companies and accessories, valuation of municipal and ecclesiastical assets as well as valuation of damage and defects in buildings. Gablenz is a specialist in professional project management ( Project Management Professional ). He also works as an independent specialist journalist in the field of economics and construction.
Gablenz developed a. a. the MC process family (Monte Carlo capitalized earnings value, Monte Carlo real value, Monte Carlo discounted cash flow and Monte Carlo residual value method) as well as automatisms for the valuation of large real estate portfolios with different questions. In addition, he developed methods for measuring odor and vibration immissions and their effects on the market values of properties. The procedures given for evaluating optical defects were continued and further developed by Gablenz.
The methods he developed for the visual assessment of the condition of streets, squares and paths are in part the subject of state-specific legal ordinances (e.g. administrative regulation for the Thuringian Community Assessment Ordinance, p. 371 ff). As part of the routine assessment of engineering structures, the Monitoring, Measurement and Technical Protocol for Infrastructure (MMTPI) method he developed represents an essential tool for the technical documentation and structural assessment of municipal property.
He has been the chief editor-in-chief of the electronic journal Science of Build & Estate of the institute of the same name since 1997.
Klaus Bernhard Gablenz is married and has three children.
