Klaus Burkart

Klaus Burkart (* 3. September 1993 in Wangen , Germany ) is a German dairy technicians, model and LGBT - activists . In 2015 he was the 7th title holder of the Mr. Gay World and the first German with this title. In November 2015, he resigned from the title after around six months. He was Mr. Gay Germany in 2014 and 2015 and replaced by Tony Eberhardt in 2016 .

In June 2015 he became the 7th title holder and first German winner of the Mr. Gay World. He has resolved to be a role model for young homosexuals around the world and, above all, wants to fight homophobia among young people. In 2015 he was a star guest at the Christopher Street Days in Konstanz and Prague and took part in the “Secret Fashion Show” in Munich . With his “One Day Campain” he tried to start a campaign for the rights of “ LGBTs ”. In November 2015, he resigned for personal reasons.

Mr. Gay World was launched in 2009 and is an event comparable to the Miss World , Mr. World and Mr. Universe competitions that seeks the world's most beautiful gay man.
