Klaus Grober

Klaus Gröber (born August 2, 1944 in Assenhausen ) is a German politician ( CSU ).

After graduating from high school, Gröber trained as a medical officer in the Bundeswehr and was a medical officer in the reserve. He studied medicine and was a resident general practitioner, followed by further training as a doctor for industrial medicine and environmental medicine. He was on the supervisory board of Kreiskrankenhaus-Starnberg GmbH and is a member of the Allmannshausen volunteer fire brigade and the Bundeswehr reservists' association .

In 1972 Gröber joined the CSU. There he was state chairman of the health policy working group of the CSU, for many years the local chairman of the CSU in Berg and 2nd mayor, district councilor in Starnberg and local councilor in Berg. From 1994 to 2003 he sat in the Bavarian state parliament , directly elected in the Starnberg constituency . Towards the end, however, he only sat as a non-attached member of the state parliament.
