Klaus Peter Röskes

Klaus Peter Röskes (born June 11, 1942 in Velbert ) is a German forwarding agent and association official.

Career

Röskes completed an apprenticeship as a forwarding agent and joined the family-owned Röskes Speditions GmbH in Heiligenhaus in 1973 . After the takeover in 1990, he specialized in paper and media logistics.

In 1993 he became a board member of the North Rhine Freight Transport and Logistics Association and in 1995 became its chairman. Since 1997 he has been Vice President of the Federal Association of Freight Transport, Logistics and Disposal (BGL) and alternate chairman of the professional association for transport and traffic management .

He was a member of the City Council of Heiligenhaus for 25 years.
