Klaus Ronneberger

Klaus Ronneberger (* 1950 in Würzburg ) is a German urban sociologist .

Ronneberger studied social pedagogy, cultural studies and sociology. After working for many years at the Frankfurt Institute for Social Research , he now works as a freelance journalist. Ronneberger was a member of the urban research group "spacelab".

Since 2008 he has been visiting professor at the University of Kassel. In the winter semester 2013/14 he was responsible for a sub-module on the social science principles of architecture and planning. In 2009 he gave a lecture in Kassel as part of the series "Fusion - Positions on Architecture, City and Landscape".

Ronneberger was a member of the advisory board for documenta 12 .
