Klaus Schwaighofer

Klaus Schwaighofer (born January 23, 1956 in Innsbruck ) is an Austrian legal scholar at the University of Innsbruck at the Institute for Criminal Law .

life and career

Klaus Schwaighofer studied - after completing his Matura at the Academic Gymnasium Innsbruck and doing military service - law in Innsbruck . In 1979 he received his doctorate in law and from 1980 was a university assistant at the Institute for Criminal Law and Other Criminal Sciences at the University of Innsbruck. On March 1, 1996 he was appointed full professor of criminal law at the University of Innsbruck.

Private

Klaus Schwaighofer is married and has five children.
