Klingenberger Strasse 139 (Böckingen)
The residential building at Klingenberger Straße 139 in the Heilbronn district of Böckingen is a private secular building that was built in 1898 according to plans by the architect Schulz for the Böckingen building contractor D. Schellenberger and is now a listed building. The house is located in the southern part of the Böckingen district, which was built on at the end of the 19th century during the phase of the southern expansion of the town.

The house is an eaves-standing two-story building that ends with a crooked hip roof . The facade facing the street is structured by a three-story central risalit . The entire building, like many others in the district, is made of decorative exposed masonry made of bricks from the former Böckingen brickworks. Colored glazed tiles emphasize the uniform appearance horizontally and at the edges.
