The bar terrorists were founded as a cover band for the Böhsen Onkelz and are now an independent band . It was founded in 1998 by Jörn Rüter (vocals) and Robert "Goofy" Wegner (bass). Originally Kristian K. was on the drums, but was later replaced by Karsten Kreppert. There was also a change on the guitar. The original guitarist Lars Ramke had so much to do with his band Stormwarrior that he had to be replaced by Martin Christian.
