The Knox-Little-Nunatak is an isolated nunatak in the East Antarctic Kempland . It rises 25 km southwest of the Øydeholmen .

Australian cartographers mapped it based on aerial photographs of the Australian National Antarctic Research Expeditions from 1959. The Antarctic Names Committee of Australia named it after Mike Knox-Little (* 1943), radio operator at Casey Station (1972), Mawson Station (1974, 1976, 1979, 1982 and 1987) and Davis Station (1990).
