Knud Bielefeld

Knud Bielefeld (* 1967 in Rendsburg ) is a German hobby name researcher.

Bielefeld studied business informatics in Flensburg and graduated with a diploma.

Bielefeld has been evaluating birth notifications - mostly from maternity clinics - from all over Germany since 1996 and publishes an online ranking of the most popular first names every year, since 2001 on a website specially created for this purpose. This ranking is regularly taken up by the media in their reporting.

Bielefeld is married, has a son and lives with his family in Ahrensburg near Hamburg.

On June 16, 2019, Bielefeld was a candidate in the NDR broadcast Hard to believe! .
