Knud Oluf Jessen Degn (born May 11, 1880 in Esbønderup , † May 16, 1965 in Copenhagen ) was a Danish sailor .

successes

Knud Degn, who sailed for Kongelig Dansk Yacht Club , took part in the 1924 Olympic Games in Paris in the 6-meter class . Besides Christian Nielsen, he was a crew member of the Bonzo of skipper Vilhelm Vett , who took the regatta in Le Havre in second place behind the Norwegian boat Elisabeth V led by Anders Lundgren and in front of the Willem-Six from the Netherlands with skipper Joop Carp , which means they won the silver medal.
