Koert Thalén (born February 16, 1987 in Hoogezand-Sappemeer ) is a former Dutch football player .

Life

Career

Thalen played in youth for VEV '67 and FC Groningen . In he played only one game in the first team in the Eredivisie on October 23, 2005 against ADO Den Haag . In summer 2008 he left FC Groningen and joined AGOVV Apeldoorn . In the 2008/2009 season he played nine games for the AGOVV in the Eerste Divisie and moved to Gelders Veenendaalse Voetbal Vereniging after the end of the season . After repeatedly struggling with injuries at GVVV, he ended his active career in summer 2011.

Private

His father Jan Thalen played for eleven years for his youth club VEV '67. Since his sports disability, he has been living in Leek again .
