Kōhei Kudō ( Japanese 工藤 浩 平 Kudō Kōhei ; born August 28, 1984 in Chiba Prefecture ) is a Japanese football player .

Career

Kudo learned to play football in the youth team of JEF United Ichihara . He signed his first contract in 2003 with JEF United Ichihara (today: JEF United Chiba). The club played in the highest league in the country, the J1 League . In 2005 and 2006 he won the J.League Cup with the club . At the end of the 2009 season, the club was relegated to the J2 League . For the club he completed 180 league games. In 2011 he moved to league rivals Kyoto Sanga FC . In 2011 he reached the final of the Kaiser Cup . For the club, he completed 130 league games. In 2015 he moved to the first division club Sanfrecce Hiroshima . In June 2015, he moved to league rivals Matsumoto Yamaga FC . At the end of the 2015 season, the club was relegated to the J2 League. For the club he completed 110 league games. In July 2018 he switched to league rivals JEF United Chiba .
