The Kokra ( German Kanker ) is a river in Slovenia . It rises in the Austrian-Slovenian border area in the eastern Karawanken on the Seebergsattel and flows into the Sava as a left tributary at Kranj after 34 kilometers . The catchment area of the Kokra covers 221 km²; the flow regime is nivo-pluvial.
