Commanding

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

In Germany, a command stipulates that a soldier in the Bundeswehr who holds a position in the position plan ( service post ) should temporarily perform service while retaining this position at another service center , within the same service center at another service location or with a non-official position . The commanding corresponds to the delegation for officials and judges .

A command is to be ordered if the temporary other assignment of soldiers consists of a "general service". Otherwise a business trip will be arranged. When giving orders, the disciplinary authority changes to the head of the receiving department, unless the deciding authority orders otherwise.

The commanding order is to be added to the personnel files (basic file and, if applicable, subsidiary files). The copy for the soldier is usually given to him or announced before the start of the trip. Handing over or announcement are to be put on record. In addition to the copy for the soldier, other copies are usually sent to the submitting, receiving, the basic file and the subsidiary file, the fee-paying offices (the responsible service center of the Federal Administration Office and the accounting officer of the Bundeswehr service center ) and the responsible career center the Bundeswehr .

A " transfer with previous commanding" is carried out if the position in the position plan changes at a certain point in time, but the soldier is supposed to be on duty at the new agency before this date.
