Kondovazena ( Greek Κοντοβάζαινα ( f. Sg. ), Also Kontovazena ) is a village with 386 inhabitants in the highlands of Arcadia in the Peloponnese in Greece . Until 2010 it formed an independent municipality, from 1997 after incorporation a town municipality (dimos). On January 1, 2011, the municipality was merged with seven other municipalities to form the large municipality of Gortynia , in which Kondovazena has since formed a municipality.
