Konrad Winzer (* 1955 in Lörrach ) is a German sculptor.
Life
Winzer began his artistic career in 1974. He learned the craft of sculpting from Leonhard Eder . From 1975 to 1982 he studied at the State Academy of Fine Arts in Stuttgart with Karl-Henning Seemann and Alfred Hrdlicka . Since then he has had numerous exhibitions. Today he lives and works in Egisholz , Kandern .
Together with his friend Robert Schneider , he published a book in 2005 in which the monumentality of the stone sculptures is subtly played around with lyrical passages . This book also contains a catalog of Winzer's works.
