Konstantin Ivanovich Kudryashov

Konstantin Iwanowitsch Kudrjaschow ( Russian Константин Иванович Кудряшов ; * December 8, 1946 in the village of Neglowo, Alexandrowski rajon , Vladimir Oblast ; † September 26, 2007 in Abrau-Djurso ) was a Russian sub- admiral of the 2nd sub- admiral and chief of staff in the Pacific Navy .

Life

Kudrjaschow graduated from the officers' college for radio electronics AS Popow in 1969 and the naval war academy in 1981 . From 1983 to 1987 he served as chief of staff of the 8th submarine division of the Pacific Fleet in Kamchatka and from November 1987 to 1991 as commander of this division. From 1992 to 1994 he was Chief of Staff and First Deputy Commander of the 2nd Submarine Flotilla of the Pacific Fleet. From 1995 he was head of the administration for the procurement of the naval navy at the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation and ended his service in the fleet in 2002. In 1997, Kudryashov graduated from the Russian Academy of State Service under the President of the Russian Federation.

From 2002 to 2007 he was the head of the Department of Military Cooperation of the Standing Committee of the Union of Russia and Belarus. He worked as a professor and was a member of the Academy of Security Problems, Defense and Legal Order of the Russian Federation.

On September 26, 2007, Kudryashov died at a conference in Abrau-Djurso. According to some witnesses, he fell drunk out of the window after he was responsible for the death of the professor and biochemist Alexander Schkrob a few minutes earlier , who fell down the stairs after colliding with the admiral.
