Konstanty Wolny
Konstantin Wolny (born April 5, 1877 in Bujakow near Nikolai ; † November 9, 1940 in Lemberg ) was a lawyer , commissioner of the 1st Upper Silesian Uprising , head of the Plebiscite Main Secretariat ( Generalny Secretariat Plebiscytowy ), member of the Mixed Commission for Upper Silesia ( Górnośląska Komisja Mieszana ) and first marshal of the Silesian Parliament . He was one of the initiators of the Silesian Autonomy Decision and the establishment of the Silesian Library.
