Kory Adam Lichtensteiger (* 22. March 1985 in Van Wert , Ohio ) is a former American American football poker players on the position of the Guards and Centers . He played for the Denver Broncos , the Minnesota Vikings and the Washington Redskins in the National Football League (NFL).

Lichtensteiger attended Bowling Green State University and played for their team, the Falcons, successfully college football , where he held various positions on the offensive line .
NFL
Denver Broncos
In the NFL Draft 2009 he was selected in the 4th round as a total of 108th player by the Denver Broncos . Already in his rookie year he was used in all games, especially in the special teams and in situations in his own red zone . In the 2009 preseason he was fired from the Broncos.
Minnesota Vikings
On September 6, 2009, he was hired by the Minnesota Vikings , but on September 29, 2009 he was released again without having completed a single mission.
Washington Redskins
In January 2010, Lichtensteiger received a contract with the Washington Redskins . In the following season he ran in every game as a starting left guard .
Due to a torn cruciate ligament , the 2011 season was already over for him after five games.
It has been used as a center since 2014 . Due to an injury in the shoulder or neck area, he was only able to play five games in 2015. In 2016, the injury misfortune remained true to him. Due to a persistent calf injury, he was only able to run three times.
On February 10, 2017, Lichtensteiger announced his resignation.
