Kostadin Djakow (also written Kostadin Dyakov , Bulgarian Костадин Дяков ; born August 22, 1985 in Plovdiv ) is a Bulgarian football player who has been under contract with Maritsa Plovdiv since the 2017/18 season .

Career

Djakow began his career at Levski Sofia , where he was part of the professional squad from 2004. Since he was not used there in the first half year, however, he was awarded for the second half of the 2004/05 season to the second division club Wichren Sandanski . With Wichren Sandanski he managed to move up to the A Grupa , but left the club again and was awarded to Rodopa Smoljan , who also played in the A Grupa. In the 2006/07 season Rodopa Smoljan rose from A Grupa and Djakow moved to promoted FC Chernomorez Burgas .

In the 2012/13 season Djakow moved to the promoted Botew Plovdiv . There he mostly came on as a substitute. At the beginning of 2014 he moved to FC Burgas before joining Slavia Sofia in the summer of 2014 . At Slavia he had a regular place in midfield. At the beginning of 2016, he moved to promoted Pirin Blagoevgrad , with whom he reached the class at the end of the 2015/16 season . He then joined league rivals PFK Montana .

In the summer of 2017 Djakow went to Mariza Plovdiv in the B Grupa .
